Table Planning takes every possible measure to preserve the privacy of our clients. The following document has been developed in order to make you aware of the ways in which we utilise your data when you use www.tableplanning.com’s services, and alert you to our policy relating to data submitted to the site.

• Automatically gathered information relates to all data which you submit to Table Planning as part of the registration and upload process, in order to benefit from our services and the facilities on our site.

The terms of this policy is applicable to anyone who either visits the site www.tableplanning.com or engages the services of Table Planning.

As a user of the site or a visitor to the site, you agree to the terms of this policy, and give consent to the processing of your personal information and automatically gathered information by us or by any third parties with whom we have a relationship.

Registering for services with Table Planning, and your unique user ID and password

When you register for our services, we store personal information that may specifically identify you or the account you have set up with us. This information includes, but is not limited to: Your name, address, contact details, user ID, password and credit card information.

We may also request that you provide further personal details in order for us to enhance our service to you.

You agree that you will be responsible for keeping your unique password confidential and for any activity that takes place as a result of you disclosing your password to another person, or failing to keep it confidential. We can not be held responsible for any loss or damage of data occurring as a result of your password being discovered or disclosed.

How we use and disclose information

Table Planning uses personal information in order to send you e-mail updates about our services, or to inform you of updates relating to transactions that you conduct on the site. If you decide to opt in to receive e-mails from us, you may opt out at any time. We reserve the right to disclose your information as required by law. We will not pass on personal information to third parties. We also reserve the right to transfer your personal information as part of a transfer of all or part of our assets to a buyer, in the event of an acquisition.
We do not send any of your personal information to our advertisers. These third parties may deploy cookies in order to retain your user ID and password information. We use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our website. These companies may use information about your visits to their sites in order to provide you with tailored advertisements about goods and services

Our affiliates programme

Table Planning may enter into relationships with third-party organisations to provide products and services to our users or third parties. We may share your personal information with certain third-party service or product providers as required to provide a specific product or service that you request from a co-branded page or co-branded site. These partners may not use this information for any reason other than to provide the service or product that you explicitly signed up for. If you join Table Planning through a co-branded or partnered site it is our policy not to share anything other than summarised or aggregated data with the partner. However, any information you provide on the co-branded site may also be received by the co-brand partner that operates the co-branded site and could be stored and used by the co-brand partner according to its privacy policy. Table Planning is not liable to you for any use of your personal information by a co-brand partner.

We reserve the right to provide your personal information to third party contractors who work on behalf of or with Table Planning. However, these contractors do not have any independent right to share this information. Table Planning is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of any web sites which we link to, or which link to our site. We advise you to take responsibility for third party activities such as the use of cookies, by checking the URL on the page you visit and ensuring that the third party site holds equivalent data security to our own. 

Our legal obligation to disclose your personal information

Under certain circumstances, Table Planning may be obliged to offer up your personal information in response to legal enquiries, to assist with activities relating to intellectual property rights, fraud, theft or harassment. By engaging our services, you authorise us to disclose information about you if we believe that such disclosure is necessary, and comply with relevant laws or to respond to subpoenas or warrants served on us. We also reserve the right to protect or defend the rights or property of Table Planning or third parties and assist in any investigation as necessary.

Data gathering for site traffic analysis and service usage

We reserve the right to modify any records we may have to remove all personal information and produce data to assist us to enhance our services to you. We also reserve the right to make this anonymous data available to third parties on occasion. This data will not be able to be traced back to you in any way.

Your feedback

All ideas, suggestions comments and feedback you send to us are considered to be public property and not held as confidential. Table Planning shall be entitled to use and disseminate the feedback given to use in any way we require, without crediting or compensating you personally for this material.  We will not identify you as the source of feedback, without your express consent.

Observing rigorous security measures

Table Planning will take every reasonable measure to protect your personal information. Our payment process operates using secure Internet connections, using SSL encryption, to protect your financial data.

Termination of membership to www.tableplanning.com   

Upon termination of your membership with us, your personal information will be deleted and cannot subsequently be accesses. In the event that you unsubscribe to our e-mail updates and newsletter, it may take a short time for our system to acknowledge your request to cease receiving communications from us. After termination of your membership, your personal information may remain on our archived database and records.
