Import or input your guest list			Import your existing guest list from word or excel. Create your guest list here and keep a list of their vital details e.g. address, meal choices etc. Also use this excellent tool to keep a record of your guests RSVP’s.
Add and Remove different shaped tables			Not everyone’s tables are rectangular. Pick the shape of yours.
Add and Remove chairs			Pick the number of seats you want around each individual table. (Children’s seats will appear smaller on the plan).
Number or name your tables			Select between naming and numbering your tables.
Move and reposition your tables			Position the tables exactly where you are going to have them at your event.
Add objects			Add other objects e.g. Dance floor, bar, table centres etc.
Change the colour and font			Your guests don’t have to be represented by two colours or one font. Pick the ones that suit you.
Update your table plan from any PC			No downloads required. Just use your log in to access your plans from anywhere.
Print your plans			Bring your plan to life. Print your plans to any size. This is very handy reference for the venue and caterers or anyone organising the room.
Print Statistics			Print how many Men, Women and children are attending your event. You can also print these people’s meal choices and who’s RSVP’s have been received.

Professional account	-	12 months	This can be used in business by a number of employees on one site.
Account duration	6-12 months	12 months	Dependent on the package you have chosen you can have access to your account for 6 or 12 months. Your account can be renewed when this time has passed. Accounts are non transferable.
