- Do i need to download anything?
- No you don’t. You can then log in from any PC whether that is at home or at work.

- Does it work on PC and Mac?
- Yes it does. Your subscription will also be compatible with Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari.

- How much does a subscription cost and how long does it last?
- You have two options, £9.99 for 6 months and £17.99 for 12 months. After your subscription has expired, you then have the option to renew.

- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all credit and debit cards. You will be transferred to a secure site for payment so there is no need to worry about the security of our website.

- What is included in my subscription?
- You will get unlimited access to Tableplanning.com for the duration of your subscription. Please visit our package page to see what is included.

- How soon after payment can i start using Table planning?
- You can start using the package straight away. Just log in using the email address and password you registered with.

- I haven't received my confirmation email yet!
- Please check your Spam box just in case it has gone in there. To request your password again please click ‘Request password’.

- I have forgotten my password. What should i do?
- Please click on ‘Request password’. Follow the steps and a new password will be sent to you.

- How can i change my personal details?
- You can edit your details in the ‘My account’ section when you log in.

- How many plans can i save?
- You can save up to 5 plans so this gives you the ability to see which one suits you best. You can save up to 20 with a professional subscription.

- Can i import my guest list?
- Yes. If you have your guest list saved somewhere else on your PC then you can import it into your plan to save time. If importing from excel then the file must have been saved as a CSV file. If you are using word then the file must have been saved as a txt file.

- Can i position the table where I want?
- Yes. You can drag the tables and position them anywhere on the grid.

- How do I add or delete a seat on an existing table?
- There is a function to change the number of seats, rotate the table etc. If you click 'Edit' on the table you wish to change, all the options will appear.

- Can I add a bar, dance floor etc?
- Yes you can. Select ‘Add object’ and you will have a list of objects you can choose from.

- Can I print my guest list?
- Yes you can. Select the 'Print report' tab (once your guests have been assigned seats) and then select print. This will print your guest list and the table you have assigned them to.
